2011 Internships and Apprenticeships
A wide variety of experiences awaits you with the many different internships and apprenticeships offered through PiPN.
Host companies include breeders, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, designers, publishers and other professonal consultants and manufacturers of products for the needlearts and crafts industries. Many of these companies are open to having someone either during the summer or winter.

To become a PiPN intern or apprentice, please follow the steps below:
- Download a pdf document with each company’s information and requirements by clicking on their names.
- Consider each placement.
Is this something you would be interested in doing?
Do you have the right set of skills and talents to do the job?
Are you interested in living in this particular area?
Are you ok with the compensation (housing, pay, stipend, in-kind, etc.)?
Are you able to be available for the months, times, you will be needed?
- Then, just fill out the intern/apprentice application on this site and press send.
You will receive an email verification, along with a form for your $25 registration fee if appropriate (not required for PiPN Summer Scholar Interns).
You will also be asked, at that time, to email your resume to us.
- Complete the registration fee form, and send it with your check or credit card information to:
TNNA at 1100-H Brandywine Blvd., Zanesville OH 43701. - Email your resume.
Your information will be reviewed, and you will be matched with the host (or hosts) most appropriate for you.
Once matched, your host company will contact you to arrange for an interiew if necessary. If you are accepted by your host, you will then receive a formal letter of confirmation from PiPN.
At that point, you are free to make final arrangements for your internship directly with your host.
